Refund and trial terms
Direct DeepLearning.AI Pro membership includes a seven-day trial; cancel during it to avoid charges. The help page says later payments, renewals, and upgrades are non-refundable, with no partial refund for early cancellation or downgrade and access continuing until the next renewal.
