MIT Sloan Executive Education
MIT Sloan Executive Education offers non-degree courses for executives and business leaders, in person on MIT's campus in Cambridge, Massachusetts, live online, self-paced online and on demand. Participants choose individual courses or work toward an Executive Certificate or an Advanced Certificate for Executives (ACE). Its courses carry no academic credit and no exams or grades; a certificate of completion is granted for each course completed. Credential policy
MIT Sloan Executive Education says a certificate of completion is granted to each participant upon completion of each course; its courses do not provide academic credit toward degree programs, and no exams or grades are given. Participants must attend the entire course to receive the certificate of completion and any credit toward an Executive or ACE Certificate. For an Executive Certificate, participants must officially enroll in an Executive Certificate track (enrollment is free) in order to track their status and have the certificate issued. The course route is at least three courses from the chosen track plus a fourth course from any track, within four years; the completed courses must total at least 8 Executive Education Units (at least 6 in the chosen track), and at least one course must be attended in person or live online. Refund and trial terms
For open enrollment courses offered solely by MIT Sloan Executive Education, cancellation carries no fee 30 days or more before the start of a live online or hybrid course, 45 days or more before an in-person course, and 15 days or more before a self-paced course (Sprints excluded); later cancellations carry fees of 25% to 100% (50% for self-paced courses), and Sprints are not refundable. Self-paced and blended online courses offered with partners such as GetSmarter and Emeritus follow the partner's policies instead. · Source
