Refund and trial terms
The plans page FAQ says Premium can be canceled at any time with a full refund within 30 days of purchase; the help-center refund article (dated May 6, 2026) says a refund can be requested within 14 days of the first purchase or of an auto-renewal charge, and that annual plans cannot be canceled early.
