Where facts come from
We take facts from the provider's own pages first: the official program page, the official price page, certification documentation and current catalogs. Other sites can help us find a program, but they never replace the provider's own page for a material fact. Every program page lists the pages we used, with links, and the date we checked them.
Prices: the US view, with a date
Every price we publish is the price as shown in the United States, with the date it was shown. We read provider pages from a United States connection and keep a dated receipt of each reading. Prices can differ by country; ours is the US view only.
Three price states
A program is free, priced, or has no accepted price. These are three different states. "No accepted price" means we have not accepted a figure yet; it does not mean free.
Dates on every figure
Every price and count we publish carries a date, and every program page shows the date its facts were checked. When the provider's page does not state a fact, we write "not stated" or "not established" instead of guessing.
Rechecks
Every working day we recheck the five oldest program records against the provider's page, and a second reviewer spot-checks one of them. Each program page shows when its facts were last checked. Our aim is to recheck the whole directory at least every 90 days.
Before anything is published
Every change, new or corrected, passes an independent second check of its content before it goes live.
What money cannot buy
There is no paid placement. A provider cannot buy a positive review, an editorial ranking, placement in a team brief, or the removal of relevant criticism. Comparison verdicts are computed from source-checked facts and do not change with commercial relationships.
Affiliate links
We add an affiliate link only after the affiliate network has approved that brand. Today the only affiliate links on the site are to 365 Data Science. Each of those links is marked as sponsored, and a commission note, "We may earn a commission. It does not change our facts.", sits with the link or with its group of links: one note can cover a group.
Corrections
Providers and readers can send corrections to hello@academies.ai. Material corrections are applied without charge.
